Detect
product defects before they reach your customer
CSZ's thermal shock chambers are capable of producing optimum
stress levels for detecting product flaws by stimulating defects
at the lowest level of assembly.
Liquid
thermal shock chambers consist of separately controlled hot
and cold baths. Product is transferred between these baths
for rapid product temperature changes. CSZ uses perfluorinated
fluid for use in both the hot and cold baths to eliminate
cross contamination and reduce evaporation losses. Fluid does
not coat the product or conduct electricity.
The CSZ thermal shock bath is equipped with the new CSZ EZT-560i
Touch Screen Controller designed to save chamber
programming and setup time. The EZT-560i features a
removable USB I-stick that simplifies
access to profile, alarm, and audit trail files.
Other standard features include RS-232/485 serial communications and Ethernet connectivity
offering a selection of communications options as well
as CSZ's EZ-Viewsoftware allowing the user to control and monitor up
to 20 chambers from any location.
